Candidate Profile


Our candidates benefit from a mentoring environment within pm4, which gives them the opportunity to seek support from experienced professionals who understand the industry and client demands.

Based on individual preferences, pm4 will identify and put forward only those candidates who would fulfil positions on offer. We will discuss opportunities with clients in detail before preparing a brief for communication to our candidates. We will select and prime every candidate for client meetings.

The following are qualities and potential expectations of some of our more senior personnel:
Substantial business skills and experienced gained within the private or public sector, e.g. within businesses, Local Authorities or Government Departments.
Possessing a strategic perspective and vision together with strong inter— personal, communication and negotiating skills.
An ability to take a proactive approach and demonstrate initiative in developing new ideas, showing the drive and determination to get things done.
An ability to understand interrelated issues surrounding the financial, social, environmental and other business drivers of a project/organisation.
To quickly grasp an understanding of objectives and the ability to work effectively with the full range of stakeholders.
Operate as a member of a team with collective responsibility, with the ability to lead, motivate and inspire and to act as the clients ambassador.
A complete understanding of CSR issues such as equality of opportunity and diversity.
